To analyzed and design appropriate information systems, system analysts need to comprehend the organizations they work in as systems shaped through the interactions of three main forces: the levels of management (organizational levels) design of organizations and organizational culture.
Organization are large systems compose of interrelated subsystems. The subsystems are influence by three board levels of management decision makers (operations, middle management, and strategic management) that cut horizontally across the organization system. Organizational cultures and subcultures all influences the way people are subsystems interrelate.
Organizations are usefully conceptualized as systems designed to accomplish predetermined goals and objectives through people and other resources that they employ. Organization are composed of smaller, interrelated systems (department, units, divisions, etc,) serving specialized functions. Typical functions include accounting, marketing, production, data processing and management. Specialized functions (smaller systems) are eventually reintegrated through various mechanisms to form an effective organizational whole.

Watches are being advance since the time that it had been invented, it already undergo a lot of different improvement for it to be a much usable accessories. It has also different improvements like watches now are water resistant, scratch free and many different amazing abilities. But what is most important to it is to serve its purpose, and this is to enable the user see time when ever he wanted. And by these characteristics of watch make him vulnerable for imitation of duplications.
Many different company offers duplication or much popularly known as replication. They made replica watches which are exactly alike with the original. This concept maybe comes from the idea of replica handbags which a certain group of people does. But thanks God because as people say that the originals are still the best though there are some companies that can really make an alike of the original.
Watch really an important tool to everyone especially to those people who value their time. Some people think that it would be much better to forget to wear their UGG boots, than forget to wear their watches. Because they can go out without their boots but they can’t never leave their home without their watches
